to seal.

From a pencil sketch to the final sealed box —
every piece takes an average of 36 hours to complete in our atelier.
STEP / 01
草圖 · Sketch
與設計師對話，將想法化為紙上的第一道線。Each project begins with a conversation and a hand-drawn sketch.
STEP / 02
原型 · Prototype
雕蠟原型樣，可上手試戴並調整。A wax prototype lets you feel the piece and refine it before any metal is cast.
STEP / 03
鑄造 · Casting
注入金屬，模具退卻，作品初見天日。Lost-wax casting pours the metal — the piece emerges from the mould for the first time.
STEP / 04
修整 · Refining
銼磨、焊接、打磨，每一個邊緣皆細緻處理。Filing, soldering, and grinding bring every edge to precision.
STEP / 05
鑲嵌 · Setting
寶石逐一被安置，每一爪、每一座皆需毫米級精準。Each stone is seated with millimetre precision — one at a time, by hand.
STEP / 06
拋光 · Polishing
14 道拋光，從粗到細，最終呈現如鏡光澤。14 polishing stages take the surface from rough to mirror in measured steps.
STEP / 07
電鍍 · Plating
18K 厚鍍金工藝，確保色澤均勻、五年不褪色。18K gold plating is applied for lasting colour and anti-tarnish protection.
STEP / 08
品檢 · Quality Check
通過 14 項品質檢驗，包括色澤、堅固度、鑲嵌安全。14-point quality inspection covers colour, strength, and setting safety.
自廠生產
Own Factory
我們在香港火炭擁有自己的生產工廠，所有工序均在廠內完成。自廠生產意味著全面掌控品質、成本及交貨期，讓客戶得到最準確的報價和最可靠的交期。
We produce high-quality brass and silver costume jewellery entirely in our own factory. Full in-house production gives us complete control over quality, cost, and lead time — so our clients always know exactly what they're getting.
