Production
In-house manufacturing
We produce high-quality brass and silver artificial jewelry in our own factory using three main methods:

Casting
For intricate, 3D designs
Casting suits detailed three-dimensional work. We start from a wax model, invest it in plaster, burn out the wax, and pour molten brass or silver into the mold.
After the metal cools, each piece is cleaned and prepared for finishing — polishing, plating, and stone setting as your design requires.
Electroforming
For hollow, lightweight pieces
Electroforming deposits metal onto a conductive model in an electroplating bath, building up a shell that can be strong yet light — ideal for hollow earrings, pendants, and similar forms.
When the wall thickness is right, the core is removed. The hollow piece is trimmed, finished, and checked before it moves on with the rest of production.

Common finishing steps
Finishing & inspection
After casting or electroforming, each piece moves through polishing, plating, stone setting, and final quality checks before shipment.
Polishing
High-shine, satin, or matte finishes to your specification.
Plating
Gold, rhodium, pink gold, ruthenium, and other plated finishes.
Stone setting
CZ, glass, and resin stones set with precision.
Quality inspection
Every piece inspected before it leaves our factory.
